Share Senior Product Manager, YouTube Cyber Security and Platform Integrity
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
1 year of experience in cybersecurity, application security, vulnerability management, or security infrastructure.
1 year of experience working with AI/LLM-based systems, automated code analysis, or developer productivity workflows.

Were responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
As the Product Manager for Cybersecurity and Platform Integrity at YouTube, you will define and lead the product strategy that protects YouTube's massive microservices ecosystem, developer workflows, and platform infrastructure. Partnering closely with YouTube Security Engineering and Google's Central Security teams, you will evolve how YouTube detects, prioritizes, and remediates vulnerabilities at scale. You will pioneer AI-driven vulnerability triage and automated code remediation, establish third-party and open-source risk frameworks, and drive executive cybersecurity governance, enabling thousands of YouTube engineers to build and ship secure software.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
