As the global leader in purpose-built wireless communications, we've deployed more than three  million devices to customers around the world. Our dedication to listening and understanding the needs of the customer is the foundation of our business. We use this expertise every day to build the right solutions for mobile workers.

Headquartered in Louisville, Colorado with offices in the U.K. and Denmark, we are one global company with a common vision and mission to provide the best possible enterprise mobile experience for our customers.

Want to know the best thing about working for our company? The people. Working at Spectralink means innovation with authority and collaboration among industry experts with uncompromising integrity and agility. Our employees have a chance to make powerful contributions every day. We want to hear from you if you possess the following skills and qualifications, and are ready to join our team of positive, authentic, dedicated and innovative thinkers.

About the Role

Reporting to the Global VP of Marketing, the Senior Product Marketing Manager owns the market-facing story for Spectralink's DECT, Wi-Fi, and mobile intelligence portfolio. In this role, the selected candidate You will set the positioning, decide what the market hears, and carry that story into Sales, into the channel, and in front of customers.

You will sit at the intersection of Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Channel Marketing, and Demand Generation. The work starts with the engineers who build our products and ends with a nurse manager, a store operations lead, or a plant IT director who immediately understands why Spectralink is the right answer.

We are looking for someone who is deeply, restlessly curious about the technology. The people who succeed in this role want to know how the product actually works. They spend time with Engineering and Product Management, get into roaming behavior, DECT density, battery architecture, security posture, and unified communications interoperability, and then come back out and explain why any of it matters to a buyer. Curiosity is the qualification that matters most here, because the technical fluency this role demands cannot be faked in front of a customer, a partner, or a competitor's install base.

In This Role, You Will

Own the product story

  • Build and manage the Product Marketing Matrix, the strategic planning framework that synchronizes product roadmaps, launch milestones, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement into a single, unified view.
  • Create and evolve a structured messaging hierarchy, ensuring consistent, clear, and differentiated product stories across all channels, audiences, and touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain detailed buyer personas and use-case profiles, rooted in real customer insight, to guide messaging, content, campaigns, and sales engagement.
  • Define and continuously refine product value frameworks and ROI narratives that enable direct sales and channel partners to communicate business impact to executive-level buyers.

Partner with Product Management and Engineering

  • Work alongside Product Management and Engineering from concept through release, building the technical fluency to represent the product accurately and credibly in any room.
  • Translate engineering capability into commercial value, including the technical detail that decides a competitive evaluation.
  • Support roadmap decisions by channeling customer, competitive, and market feedback into actionable insight for Product Management, so market fit and differentiation are built in from the start.
  • Act as the internal champion and storyteller for Spectralink products and solutions, presenting at internal kickoffs, and sales trainings, so teams understand the value, vision, and market opportunity of each offering.

Lead launches

  • Drive launch readiness across the organization, managing cross-functional workflows with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Demand Generation, Channel Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure synchronized execution.
  • Own performance measurement of product marketing initiatives, including launch effectiveness, asset utilization, pipeline contribution, and win-rate impact, with a commitment to data-driven optimization.

Enable Sales and the channel

  • Craft persuasive sales enablement materials that translate technical features into sales-ready language and run regular sales updates and training sessions to empower the sales team.
  • Collaborate with Channel Marketing so positioning and messaging translate effectively across our Partner ecosystem, adapting assets to the specific needs of resellers, distributors, and channel programs.
  • Issue timely communications to reseller and distributor partners regarding price list changes and product bulletins.

Own competitive and market intelligence

  • Collaborate with Product Management to lead competitive and market intelligence, analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitor moves, and converting insight into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain a current, sourced battlecard library that Sales reaches for in live deals.

Drive content and demand

  • Develop a comprehensive content strategy and editorial calendar aligned to both marketing programs and product timelines and collaborate with Global Marketing on the creation of high-impact content including sales tools, web copy, case studies, white papers, and videos.
  • Partner closely with Demand Generation to embed product messaging and positioning across all marketing campaigns, aligning assets to personas and measuring performance across the funnel.
  • Drive product marketing's role across the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, expansion, and retention, in partnership with Customer Success and Lifecycle Marketing.

You Are a Strong Fit if You Have

  • Six to eight years in product marketing or a closely related discipline, including time owning a product line or portfolio end to end.
  • Real intellectual curiosity about technology. You are comfortable in a room with engineers, you ask the second and third question rather than stopping at the first answer, and you are energized rather than intimidated by a product you do not yet understand.
  • A track record of leading product launches from strategy through market introduction, with results you can point to.
  • Experience marketing technology to enterprise buyers, ideally hardware, devices, unified communications, mobility, or networking, where hardware and software come together.
  • Exceptional writing skills. Dense technical input goes in, and copy a buyer understands and a salesperson wants to use comes out.
  • Deep command of B2B marketing principles and best practices, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort working through a channel and a partner ecosystem, not only direct sales.
  • A bias for action in a lean organization. You scope, build, ship, and measure without a large team behind you.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to frontline environments in healthcare, retail, or manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with pricing and packaging analysis across hardware, software, and services.
  • Local to our office in Louisville, CO however we will consider fully remote
