Overview
As part of the Microsoft 365 Copilot Product Marketing organization, youll help define how the worlds most innovative organizations adopt and realize value from AI. This role sits at the intersection of executive thought leadership, customer insight, product marketing, and content strategy. We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Copilot Adoption- AI Leader to shape Microsofts narrative for Chief AI Officers, CIOs, and executive business leaders navigating AI transformation. You will translate emerging AI capabilities, customer evidence, and market trends into compelling executive narratives, frameworks, content experiences, and adoption guidance that help organizations move from experimentation to enterprise-scale AI impact. This role is ideal for someone who combines executive-level communication skills with strong business acumen, curiosity about AI, and a passion for turning complex technology into actionable business value.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
