Description

The Copilot Frontier team sits at the intersection of AI innovation, customer engagement, and go-to-market strategy. We work directly with Microsofts most strategic customers to shape the future of AI at work, translating emerging product capabilities into compelling customer experiences, executive conversations, and industry-leading programs.

This Senior Product Marketing Manager will help lead the Copilot Frontier Forum, a growing executive engagement program that brings together AI leaders from some of the worlds largest organizations to discuss the future of work. The successful candidate will blend product marketing expertise, customer engagement, and creative program development to design high-impact experiences, develop thought-provoking content, and influence how Microsoft engages with senior AI decision-makers around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution for the Frontier Forum, including customer storytelling, agenda inputs, briefing materials, follow-up motions, and executive-ready communications.
  • Drive direct-to-customer marketing motions that help customers understand, adopt, and engage with Frontier experiences and premium AI scenarios.
  • Partner with product marketing, product management, sales, customer success, communications, and events teams to turn customer insights into scalable GTM programs.
  • Develop crisp customer-facing narratives, messaging, and content that translate complex AI/product concepts into clear business value.
  • Help identify, curate, and operationalize high-value customer experiences, including premium briefings, executive engagements, testimonials, demos, and advocacy moments.
  • Track program outcomes and customer signals, using quantitative and qualitative insights to improve program impact, prioritization, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Masters Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience in product marketing, customer marketing, field marketing, GTM strategy, or related marketing discipline.
  • Experience developing customer-facing messaging, presentations, campaigns, events, or executive communications.
  • Experience partnering across cross-functional teams such as product, sales, customer success, communications, or events.
  • Experience using customer insights, business metrics, or program data to inform marketing strategy and execution.
  • Experience with AI, Microsoft 365, enterprise SaaS, productivity, or collaboration products.
  • Experience supporting customer advisory boards, executive events, flagship customer programs, or premium customer experiences.
  • Storytelling and executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex product concepts for business audiences.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
