You'll be expected to:
Own and prioritize the product backlog (2+ sprints ahead)
Write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Lead Agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, demos)
Collaborate across:
Product Owners
Scrum Masters
Dev & QA teams
UX/UI designers
Drive roadmap + release planning
Act as primary liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams
Resolve production issues & escalations
Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices
