Description: Job Title: Senior Product Owner

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead the strategy, and delivery of a portfolio of contract and form documents across North America. This role is responsible for ensuring document solutions meet business, legal, regulatory, and customer requirements while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
The Senior Product Owner serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, leading requirements gathering, analysis, prioritization, planning, testing, and implementation of system enhancements and product capabilities. This individual will partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions that improve the customer and dealer experience.
This is a highly visible leadership role for a product professional who thrives in complex environments, can balance strategic vision with operational execution, and has a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Lead, coach, and supervise others while driving performance, accountability, and added value for customers. In addition, will be required to work weekends for monthly releases. Supports US, Canada, and Mexico.
 
Core Accountability
1. Product Strategy & Outcomes:
•Own the product vision and roadmap for dealer, customer, agent and vendor contract and forms.
•Translate agent, and business needs into prioritized product investments that improve customer and agent satisfaction, agent efficiency, and operational stability.
•Balance trade-offs across customer experience, regulatory requirements, cost, and operationaling
2. Product Execution & Delivery
•Serve as the primary product owner for assigned platforms, accountable for requirements definition, backlog prioritization, and release readiness.
•Partner with Technology, Vendors, and Operations to deliver enhancements using Agile methodologies. supporting enterprise documents and the corresponding.
•Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), release planning, and change readiness to ensure high quality, low-risk deployments.
•Act as the escalation point for complex issues impacting dealer, customer, or agent experiences.
3. Operational & Platform Leadership:
•Provide product leadership for platform stability, performance, and resilience, including incident response and root-cause remediation.
•Lead cross-functional coordination during critical incidents and major releases to minimize customer, dealer and/or operational impact.
•Ensure platforms meet security, compliance, and audit requirements in partnership with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams.
•Oversee vendor relationships and ensure delivery aligns with product strategy and service
4. Stakeholder & People Leadership
•Serve as a trusted product partner to Operations, Contact Center leadership, Compliance, IT, and Business stakeholders across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
•Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and trade-offs clearly to executive and operational audiences.

To present application benefits, changes, projects, act as a subject matter expert to managers that are inquiring while supporting requirements gathering
 
•Legal Department (Daily)
Collaborate and listen to understand any form requests or challenges; build/maintain relationship to keep open communication about business processes and form usage; troubleshoot any issues; test forms; provide training on form use and functionality as needed.
 
•Technology & Vendors (Daily)
Manage IT resource needs including production support and monthly releases; Build/maintain relationship to ensure and enhance support and communication; Work through form changes and functionality.
 
Required Experience
•5-7 years of experience in Product Ownership, financial services operations, or system support environments
•Understand downstream modifications to processes based on business requests
•Strong experience with agent platforms, contact center systems, and vendor management.
•Experience working cross-functionally with business, IT, and external vendors
•Ability to work and manage team work in JIRA
•Strong in discovery, requirement definition, and prioritization skills.
