Job Description
We are seeking a driven and client-focused Cross Border (FX) Senior Manager to join our global Visa team at Visa. This role is responsible for originating, managing, and growing FX revenue from clients in the cross-border payments space, including payment service providers (PSPs), fintechs, remittance companies, global merchants, banks, and neobanks. You will deliver cross border solutions that support seamless, compliant, and efficient global payments.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications • 15 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 12 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/ JD/MD) or a minimum of 10 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications • 18 or more years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD) • Strong understanding of cross-border payments, currency conversion flows, andtransaction-level FX. • Experience with FX pricing engines, APIs, and integration with client paymentsystems is a plus.Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., PSD2, EMIs, MSBs, AML/KYC)in the payments industry.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explaincomplex FX concepts clearly.Results-oriented with strong negotiation and commercial acumen.

The estimated salary range for this position is $169,100.00 to $ 270,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
