The Opportunity

The Sr. Production Administrator supports Integra ’s manufacturing operations by owning production data integrity, reporting, and operational analytics that drive performance, efficiency, and decision-making. This role bridges production execution and data analysis, ensuring accurate tracking of work orders, material usage, and performance metrics while providing actionable insights to leadership.

This position plays a critical role in enabling operational visibility, improving workflows, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives by combining strong administrative discipline with analytical capabilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What you will do?

  • Collects, validates, and analyzes production and operational data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and alignment with work orders, bills of materials (BOMs), and engineering specifications.
  • Develops and maintains dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to monitor key performance indicators, production output, resource utilization, and workflow efficiency.
  • Generates routine and ad hoc reports to support production, project management, and leadership decision-making, providing clear insights into trends, variances, and performance gaps.
  • Maintains organized and accurate records of production data, materials, schedules, and project documentation to ensure traceability and compliance.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Planning, and Finance teams to align data reporting with operational goals and ensure consistency across systems.
  • Supports forecasting, scheduling, and budgeting efforts by providing data-driven analysis and performance insights.
  • Identifies inefficiencies in production processes and reporting workflows, recommending improvements and supporting automation efforts to increase efficiency and data accessibility.
  • Reads and interprets technical drawings and manufacturing documentation to ensure accuracy of data inputs and reporting outputs.
  • Supports continuous improvement and lean initiatives by leveraging data to streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve performance.
  • Other duties may be assigned to support operational and organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations, or related field preferred. Associate’s degree with relevant experience will be considered
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted
  • 5+ years of experience in production administration, manufacturing operations, or data analytics
  • Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments required
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, UKG) preferred
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production workflows, and data reporting
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to interpret production data, technical drawings, and operational metrics
  • Experience with ERP systems and data management tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Forklift certification preferred
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or data analytics certifications are a plus
