Senior Production Designer, Event Creative - Oracle Brand Experience (Marketing)

We're seeking a thoughtful, talented, and multi-faceted Production Designer with experience in

events/live experiences, global marketing campaigns, and branded assets. You'll collaborate and

partner with our team's creative directors, designers, and copywriters as well as corporate events

and marketing team stakeholders to create, extend and proof production ready mechanical art.

This role requires strong technical mastery of digital and print production to design and build

production ready artwork. You are an expert in building, optimizing, and extending design

concepts into final files in accord with the latest digital and print standards.

This role will focus on the delivery of our global event tours, with programs going live from January

through April.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $126,200 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle''s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  • Design and deliver at scale multiple assets in different sizes for different use cases across

the live events landscape.

  • From detail drawings and/or dimensions, set up artboards to allow for design of large

format environmental print assets.

  • Adjust and resize multiple digital and print assets at scale.
  • Translate sketches and digital assets from Figma into print assets (Adobe Illustrator).
  • Create and duplicate at scale different sized live event digital and print assets.
  • Review and audit your own work to ensure it meets our high brand and quality standards.
  • Understand, follow, and champion brand guidelines and design best practices.

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 12+ years professional experience in related field (events,

advertising, marketing creative, or graphic design) with proven agency and/or in-house

experience.

  • A well-rounded portfolio of brand, events, campaign, and design work. Please include

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and experience working in Figma.
