Naked Wardrobe is seeking a seasoned, hands-on Senior Production Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of apparel production for our contemporary e-commerce and wholesale fashion brand. You will be responsible for bringing our collections to market with precision, exceptional quality, and speed.

In this role, you will oversee seasonal production strategy, manage complex vendor partnerships, and drive delivery performance to support our brand’s growth, margin objectives, and elevated customer experience. We need a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable navigating the granular details of purchase orders as they are leading a high-performing team. 

What You’ll Do


  • Production Strategy: Set and execute production strategies aligned with seasonal calendars, assortment architecture, and go-to-market deadlines
  • Operations & Planning: Manage time and action calendars, capacity planning, and the full lifecycle of purchase orders.
  • Supply Chain Leadership: Build and cultivate strategic partnerships with factories, fabric mills, and trim suppliers Negotiate pricing, lead times, and capacity commitments to optimize margins
  • Quality Assurance: Define and enforce quality standards throughout the lifecycle. Partner with Technical Design and QA teams to resolve fit and workmanship issues
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce lead times, and improve speed-to-market
  • Team Development: Mentor and lead a production team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance
  • Financial Reporting: Track KPIs, including unit costs, on-time delivery, and margin targets, providing clear reports to leadership on status and risk

What You’ll Bring


  • Experience: 12+ years of production management experience in the fashion/apparel industry, with at least 8+ years in a leadership role
  • Track Record: A proven history of scaling production operations in high-growth, fast-paced, multi-channel environments
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in ERP, PLM, and inventory systems. Expert-level Excel skills for reporting and costing analysis
  • Relationship Management:Strong experience managing global vendor relationships and navigating cross-cultural communication
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, Production Management, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
  • Operational Agility: Ability to balance speed, quality, and cost, with a strategic mindset for both near-term execution and long-term growth.
Working Conditions
  • This is a 5-day on-site role in Calabasas, CA.
  • Role requires the ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds (samples, garments, materials).
  • Frequent travel (25–30%) is required for factory visits, vendor meetings, and trade shows, including international travel to key manufacturing regions.
