SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Responsible for coordinating and managing production schedules to ensure timely completion of manufacturing work orders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
Assists with adjusting the Master Production Schedule to ensure timeliness regarding scheduling issues.
Assists with evaluating weekly MRP demands and is responsible for determining scheduling deadlines and inventory quantities.
Responds to system MPS/MRP recommendations and adjust manufacturing schedule (s) accordingly.
Interfaces with Supervisors and Customer Service and resolve concerns regarding schedules, orders, and special needs.
Evaluates ERP customer orders and solves back-order issues.
Prepares weekly production reports, adjusts manufacturing schedule, resolves concerns regarding scheduling orders and special needs.
Analyzes RCCP vs Weekly Build plans.
Attend daily operations meeting.
Collaborates with Supply Planners.
Evaluates workload and provides mentoring to Supply planner II.
Performs a variety of other tasks and related work, as required.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelors degree.
A minimum of five (5) years of supply chain experience.
Demonstrated computer skills; preferably spreadsheets, word processing, and other applicable software programs.
Experience with manufacturing work order on Teach Teams or Value Stream Structure.
Demonstrated experience with tracking and reviewing reports.
Beginner Blue Yonder skills.
APICS.
