Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking a Senior Production / Process Engineer to join their team. As a Senior Production / Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing production processes and ensuring plant efficiency. You will leverage your engineering expertise to drive continuous improvement, troubleshoot equipment, and support plant operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement engineering studies, designs, and improvements to enhance process efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Lead small to large-scale process improvement projects, managing scope, schedule, and cost.
  • Conduct RCA investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Track and analyze production metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement new processes to optimize plant utilization.
  • Provide technical support for day-to-day troubleshooting of equipment and processes.
  • Identify and address potential equipment reliability issues, such as corrosion or erosion.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to optimize equipment life and plant profitability.
  • Train plant personnel on new technologies and methods for equipment maintenance.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to support plant operations and reliability.
Required Qualifications:
  • 6-12 years of experience in chemical manufacturing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and optimize plant performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
