Overview:

Reports To: Mortgage Production Support Manager

 

Primary Functions: Provide loan file coverage for processors on PTO. Develop ongoing training to support both onboarding and continuing education efforts within the Processing department. Provide administrative support to Mortgage Production Support Manager.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  1. Coordinate all Processing Department PTO coverage and file re-assignment.
  2. Stay abreast of changes impacting the department. Coordinate with the Mortgage Production Support Manager to communicate changes and impacts to staffing, etc.
  3. Provide ongoing training related to workflow procedures and system functionality for all Processing team members.
  4. Perform daily work on files as a Processor based on department volume requirements. Volume and staffing trends may require more focus in one area of the other at various points throughout the month.
  5. Ensure TRID, RESPA and ECOA compliance requirements are satisfied. Remain knowledgeable of all changes related to these regulations and Global CU policies and procedures.
  6. Complete and distribute departmental reports.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Associates degree with advanced industry courses in real estate lending.

 

Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Five years mortgage processing, closing, disclosure, or compliance experience. Advanced industry courses in real estate lending desirable. Three years technical computer knowledge and experience with real estate lending systems.

 

Experience/Skills: Strong mortgage expertise and communication skills. At least five years experience in mortgage operations/support. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of real estate lending including knowledge of all applicable laws, regulations and programs. Proven ability to provide operational support in the area of mortgage lending.

Compensation:

Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and applicable local or state wage requirements, and will fall within the range provided below. In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall between the minimum and midpoint of the listed range.

Salary Pay Range: 10
