Compensation: 1st shift: $85,000-$100,000 annually | 2nd shift: $85,000-110,000 annually
Schedule: 1st shift: Monday-Thursday (9 hour days) and Friday (4 hour days) | 2nd shift: strictly Monday-Thursday.

What You'll Do as a Senior Production Supervisor:- Supervise, mentor, and motivate production operators, technicians, and assembly workers
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency standards
- Monitor product quality and conduct inspections and audits of finished products
- Address production issues and implement corrective actions to maintain quality requirements
- Enforce workplace safety policies, procedures, and training requirements
- Coordinate daily production activities and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead and support teams in a fast-paced HVAC manufacturing environment
What You Need to Bring to the Senior Production Supervisor Role:- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop employees from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and manufacturing standards
- Understanding of workplace safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting and manage multiple priorities
