Clark Creative Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support strategic planning, readiness reporting, operational assessments, continuity planning, and executive decision support activities for the National Guard Bureau.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge of military planning processes and joint doctrine
Operational analysis and strategic communications expertise
Data analysis and reporting skills
Experience developing executive briefings
Strong stakeholder coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
National Guard Bureau experience
Joint Staff experience
DSCA experience
COOP/Continuity experience
FEMA planning background
