Program Summary:

Job Summary:

KBR Is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to join our Team. This position supports the NAVAIR PMA-265 F/A-18 Avionics Level 3 IPT Lead with day-to-day operations at the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) at Patuxent River, MD.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provides direct business management support to Level 3 IPT and participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements.
  • Responsibilities will include coordinating responses to data drills, analyzing data, coordinating and preparing program briefings, program status reports, requests for information, and other documentation as required, while ensuring tasks are completed on or before suspense date.
  • Participates in monthly Acquisition Oversight Council, Reliability Control Boards, and Program Management Focus meetings.
  • Coordinate and participate in Program Management Reviews, meetings, and conferences with other PMAs, PEOs, and Services to coordinate Road Maps, Flight Plans, and technical reviews.
  • Executes incoming drills and tasks from outside organizations and coordinates responses through OPS and PMA Leadership.
  • Track deliverables, major events and milestones, meetings, briefings, and develop plans to ensure products are prepared and delivered on time. Coordinate with Functional Teams, as necessary, to ensure complete review of responses.
  • Develops and maintains list of weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, annual priorities and events.
  • Assists in developing plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for the IPT programs.

Functional Description:

  • Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • Support the creation and updating to Course of Actions in Automated Degrader Tracking System.
  • Support the creation and updating to Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs); Procurement Management Tool (PMT) records and all documentation required for routing PID packages for approval
  • Create, edit, route, and track delivery of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) within the Governments CDRL management system.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure the timely review and approval of contractually required CDRLs
  • Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to product programs.
  • Tracks program/project status and schedules.
  • Create and edit funding requests in Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) to support the development and execution Spend Plans.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, an additional 8 years of related experience can be substituted; 13 year's total experience.
  • Must have Microsoft office experience (OUTLOOK, WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT), and computer skills/aptitude to use and understand this position's required unique computer applications.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. An active Secret Clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two plus years of experience supporting NAVAIR is desired.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week

Work Location: Onsite

Compensation: $105,160.00 - $157,630.00. The salary range posted is for Maryland locations. The offered rate will be based on contract affordability, the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, and in consideration of internal parity.
