Position: Senior Program Controls Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX
Salary Range: $120,000 - $145,000 annually

The Senior Program Controls Analyst plays a key role in analyzing program performance data, identifying trends and risks, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making across mission-critical development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to track program performance
- Manage and monitor program cost, schedule, and budget execution
- Analyze program financial and performance data to identify key insights and variances
- Collaborate closely with Engineering teams, Program Managers, and PMO staff
- Prepare financial and performance data for CDRL submissions, briefings, presentations, and status reports
- Support preparation and submission of Earned Value reports (Formats 1-5) and other contractual deliverables
- Track cost, labor, and resource allocation against program budgets and forecasts
- Partner with Program Managers to identify risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies
- Support proposal development and cost estimation activities (highly preferred)
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve program execution and performance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Program Controls Analyst (PCA) or equivalent roles
- Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with proposal support is highly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience working in both large and small organizational environments
- Background supporting development programs and engineering labor programs
- TS/SCI clearance preferred
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance to be considered for this role
