General Function

The Senior Program Coordinator, Career and College Promise (CCP), provides operational leadership and programmatic coordination for Central Piedmont's dual enrollment program. This role supports the Director by managing day-to-day CCP operations, ensuring compliance with State requirements, coordinating program management, and supporting both internal and external partnerships.

This position may require working weekends with occasional off site meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Provides operational leadership in the planning, development, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of the CCP program; supports the Director in maintaining program effectiveness and continuity.

  2. Coordinates day-to-day CCP operations, including managing processes, timelines, workflows, and ensuring adherence to state and institutional compliance requirements.

  3. Supervises and supports the assigned CCP Dual Enrollment Staff, including assigning work, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to ensure effective program delivery.

  4. Assists with leadership and coordination of course offerings for partner high schools, ensuring alignment and compliance with program goals and requirements.

  5. Develops and coordinates training and support resources for school partners, including administrators, counselors, and staff involved in CCP program implementation.

  6. Supports the Director in program reporting, audits, compliance reviews, policy updates, and continuous program evaluation.

  7. Monitors and supports compliance with applicable state legislation, including Leon's Law, and ensures processes are in place to mitigate risk and maintain adherence to regulatory requirements.

  8. Assists in strengthening partnerships with school districts and community stakeholders to expand program access and support enrollment growth.

  9. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in a discipline related to the assigned program area and one year of supervisor experience
