ABOUT THE TEAM

Air Dominance & Strike (AD&S) delivers autonomous aircraft, advanced effects, and mission autonomy software. Program Finance partners with Program Management, Engineering, Operations, and Contracts to ensure program execution translates into predictable financial outcomes-through disciplined forecasting, contract-compliant reporting, and decision-quality analytics as programs scale from development into production and sustainment.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Senior Manager, Program Finance, you will own end-to-end financial leadership for a portfolio of complex U.S. Government / DoD programs across multiple contract types (e.g., CPFF/FFP/T&M). You will set the operating cadence for program financial management-EAC rigor, funding/billing discipline, unit economics, and executive-ready insights-and scale the processes, tooling, and talent needed to support rapid growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own program financial performance for a portfolio of complex government contracts across contract types; • Drive predictable outcomes from award through execution and closeout; • Lead EAC and forecast governance: set standards, build/maintain EACs, drive variance/root-cause analysis, and manage risk/opportunity tracking with mitigation actions; • Partner deeply with Program Management and Contracts on CLIN structure, funding, burn, billing/invoicing, contract modifications, and required program financial reporting; • Lead monthly FP&A forecasting process with a focus on understanding program changes that drive financial changes; • Drive production and unit-economics insights: margin and COGS analysis, inventory and working-capital impacts, production variances, and cost-reduction opportunities with Ops/Supply Chain; • Own planning deliverables (AOP/LRP) for your portfolio: consolidate bottoms-up program outlooks (revenue, cost, margin, working capital) and align to leadership commitments; • Operate performance management (EVM where applicable): support baseline management and interpret key variances (CV/SV/CPI/SPI); prepare content for internal/external reviews and audits; • Build scalable processes and tooling: standard templates, dashboards, models, and mechanisms that improve speed, accuracy, and governance as program volume increases; • Communicate clearly to leadership: deliver crisp narratives and decision memos for AD&S leadership and Corporate Finance; • Hire and develop talent: manage and mentor analysts; set standards for analytical quality, documentation, controls, and stakeholder management;
