Role: Senior Program Manager
Location: Remote
Schedule: EST Hours
Rate: $75/hour W2

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager (Agentic AI) to lead a large-scale Agentic AI development initiative focused on building next-generation AI-powered solutions. This individual will drive delivery across multiple engineering teams, partner with technical and business stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of an enterprise AI roadmap.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Agile program leadership, software development programs, and cross-functional coordination within complex technology environments. Experience managing AI, automation, platform engineering, cloud, or emerging technology initiatives is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead one or more highly complex, enterprise-wide technology programs consisting of multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.
  • Drive planning, execution, and delivery of Agentic AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical strategy.
  • Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Serve as Scrum Master when needed, ensuring proper adoption of Agile frameworks and servant leadership principles.
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, milestones, KPIs, risks, and resource forecasts.
  • Provide regular executive-level status reporting on program health, delivery timelines, dependencies, budgets, and outcomes.
  • Coordinate across software engineering, product management, architecture, UX/UI, platform, and deployment teams.
  • Identify delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
  • Manage scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
  • Partner with senior business and technology leaders to prioritize initiatives and align investments with strategic goals.
  • Act as a conduit between engineering, deployment, and operational teams to ensure scalable, sustainable solutions.
  • Drive program governance, stakeholder communications, decision-making processes, and issue resolution.
  • Track key milestones and recommend adjustments to project plans when business needs change.
  • Ensure successful delivery of all projects within the portfolio on time, within budget, and meeting expected business outcomes.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience in Agile software development environments.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise technology programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Current Project Management certification required (PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
  • Strong experience serving as a Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile frameworks and Scrum methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional engineering and product teams through complex initiatives.
  • Experience establishing and tracking KPIs, milestones, budgets, dependencies, and program risks.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment across technical and business organizations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Automation, or Intelligent Workflow platforms.
  • Background working with software engineering, cloud platforms, APIs, enterprise applications, or platform modernization initiatives.
  • Experience managing programs involving multiple engineering teams, technical architects, and product stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with modern Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management platforms.
  • Experience delivering emerging technology initiatives from concept through production deployment.
