Senior Program Manager- AI Learning Operations

The Work:

Senior Program Managers for Learning Operations plan and run the programs that deliver each pod's roadmap. They own the plans, timelines, dependencies, and coordination that turn a pod's intent into delivered learning, keeping content and video work sequenced so parallel work lands together. They track commitments against delivery, surface slippage early, clear blockers, and communicate status to pod members, Video Production team, and Learning Experience leadership. They run the operating rhythm for the programs they own, planning cadences, stand-ups, and reviews.

The Senior Program Manager will own the largest and most cross-cutting programs, including leadership of key initiatives within the AI Pod and across the Learning Experience organization. The role will establish delivery standards for the PMO, drive strategic cross-functional initiatives, and provide people leadership to one Program Manager who reports to them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and drive programs end-to-end: scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and delivery against the roadmap.
• Track commitments against delivery, surfacing slippage early, and driving recovery.
• Coordinate across pods (content, video, architecture) so parallel work lands together.
• Manage communication with internal ALV stakeholders.
• Clear blockers and manage risks and escalations to keep programs moving.
• Communicate clear, timely status to pod members, Video Production team, and LX leadership.
• Run the operating rhythm: planning cadences, stand-ups, release readiness, and reviews for the programs they own.
• Manage process improvement and strategic initiative workstreams.
