Amazon Private Brands is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own our social responsibility operations globally, including defining the next generation of our operations strategy. This is a global role that will work closely with program, product, and tech teams owning Sustainability, Social Responsibility, and product sourcing. Key job responsibilities - Conduct audit lifecycle process deep dive, and develop & maintain vision, strategy, and milestones - Own and improve operational metrics & conditional logic, including developing accountability mechanisms - Develop knowledge repositories/sources of truth for all operational SOPs, including change management processes and annual calendars - Address bottlenecks, identify inefficiencies, anticipate and make tradeoffs; balance the business and customers' needs versus constraints Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Preferred Qualifications - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field - Experience in Social Responsibility, particularly auditing - Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices. - Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
