Job Title: Senior Program Manager (Automotive)

Location: Fountain Valley, CA (100% Onsite)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to support the planning, development, validation, and launch of automotive accessory programs. This is a 6-month contract assignment ideal for a project management professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys coordinating complex projects from concept through product launch.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, supplier partners, and OEM-facing teams to ensure projects remain on schedule, risks are identified early, and key deliverables are achieved on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously while driving accountability across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of multiple automotive accessory programs and project portfolios simultaneously.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project activities from planning, development, validation, launch, and lifecycle management through sell-down.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and critical path activities to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project dashboards, status reports, and executive-level summaries.
  • Facilitate project review meetings and communicate progress, challenges, and action items to stakeholders.
