The Senior Program Manager bridges the gap between high-level strategic vision and tactical execution for the VP of Business Performance and Innovation, ensuring organizational productivity and alignment. This role addresses the challenge of coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives and keeping diverse leadership teams accountable to aggressive business timelines. By streamlining executive governance, synthesizing data-heavy business intelligence, and preparing high-stakes communication for board-level reviews, the position resolves informational bottlenecks and friction points across the division. Ultimately, this individual contributor acts as a force multiplier, driving the organizational rhythm and enabling swift, strategic decision-making across the business performance and innovation portfolio.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
- Partner directly with the VP to prioritize key initiatives, streamline decision-making, and optimize organizational efficacy across the Business Performance and Innovation business unit
- Lead the execution of high-impact strategic projects, driving cross-functional alignment and timely delivery from conception to completion
- Own the integration of advanced analytics, business intelligence, and AI tools into departmental operations to establish data-backed governance and optimize workflows
- Synthesize complex organizational data to curate presentation materials and briefings for Board of Directors and Executive Committee reviews
- Oversee core organizational processes, including annual planning, budget management, and performance alignment for senior leadership
- Champion the organizational rhythm by orchestrating executive agendas, tracking deliverables, and holding senior leaders accountable to critical deadlines

- Extensive experience guiding executive-level programming and leading high-profile PMO initiatives in rapid-growth environments
- Outstanding communication and influencing abilities, enabling the seamless translation of complex analytical insights into clear, strategic narratives for C-suite and Board-level stakeholders
- Strong AI literacy and data application skills, specifically the ability to leverage generative AI tools and business intelligence frameworks to automate reporting and increase operational productivity
- High-level analytical capabilities and financial acumen, allowing for precise budget management and the evaluation of key business performance indicators
- High emotional intelligence and exceptional professional discretion when handling sensitive, highly confidential corporate information and navigating complex stakeholder relationships
- Outstanding adaptability and proactive problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to independently navigate ambiguity and fast-moving priorities
Additional Qualifications:
Successful candidates will typically have:
- Familiarity or background working within technology sectors, specifically with systems involving AI, Business Intelligence, or advanced data analytics managed from a PMO perspective
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience owning executive programs for a VP/SVP/EVP level leader within a structured PMO scope
- Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 3 years of experience with:
- Project and program management methodologies within an enterprise PMO structure
- Data interpretation, business intelligence (BI) frameworks, or analytics tools
- Executive calendar management, meeting operations, and board-level presentation development
- Corporate budget management and financial reporting coordination

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
