Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager III to lead end-to-end delivery of high-complexity, multi-department, multi-business unit initiatives. The primary focus will be digital enablement of Move Money features within a dynamic Agile environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong Agile delivery leadership, expert use of Jira, and the ability to navigate and communicate application and digital landscapes across web and mobile platforms.

Work Arrangement and Process Details:

  • Hybrid schedule. Onsite a minimum of 3 days per week starting day 1.
  • Target start month: August or September.
  • Interview format: 1-2 video rounds.
  • Glider ID verification required.

Team and Stakeholders:

  • Agile team environment with cross-functional partners.
  • Regular contact with the hiring manager and peer counterparts.
  • Client-facing interactions as part of delivery and status.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery for digital Move Money enablement initiatives across multiple business units.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies using Agile methodologies and Jira.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and direct work efforts of functionally aligned resources within the program.
  • Facilitate ceremonies, status reporting, and stakeholder communication with clarity and consistency.
  • Establish and track delivery metrics, manage change control, and drive issue resolution.
  • Ensure alignment with digital and mobile architecture patterns and enterprise standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex technology projects and programs.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools, specifically Jira, for backlog, sprint, and release management.
  • Ability to synthesize an application landscape at a high level and understand digital and mobile ecosystems.
  • Strong team collaboration and effective communication across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and drive outcomes.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot and Visual Studio Code.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 suite and Microsoft Office productivity tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience delivering consumer-facing digital banking or payments capabilities.
  • Background in scaled Agile delivery across multiple teams and platforms.
