Senior Program ManagerThis Senior Program Manager will be:Leading cross-functional program execution teamsManaging program cost, quality, and delivery metricsActing as primary customer contact for all requestsOverseeing budgets, forecasts, and financial trackingCoordinating new product introductions and changesMonitoring schedules, risks, and performance metricsDriving continuous improvement and corrective actionsSupporting quoting, pricing, and contract alignmentConducting meetings and tracking action itemsEnsuring compliance with ISO and quality standardsCollaborating with sales, finance, and operationsMentoring team members and supporting staffingMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
