· Partner with AI Engineering, architects, business teams, and leadership to align technical delivery with business priorities.
· Identify early warning signals, delivery risks, resource constraints, and ownership gaps; drive issues to resolution and escalate when needed.
· Remove cross-functional barriers and facilitate timely decisions across a complex, matrixed organization.
· Maintain visibility into program health, critical path activities, commitments, and dependencies.
· Track adoption, business impact, and realized value after launch.
· Continuously improve program management practices as Enterprise AI capabilities mature.

· Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes.
· Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, executive communication, and decision-making skills.
· Ability to create structure, urgency, and momentum in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
· Experience with enterprise AI governance, responsible AI, security, privacy, compliance, or model risk.
· Experience driving AI adoption, organizational change, training, or enablement programs.
