Pay Range: $60 - $66/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.)
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the planning and execution of a clinical device lifecycle refresh programme.
- Coordinate with HTM, Nursing, Sourcing, vendors, and site leadership.
- Oversee programme timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Manage executive updates, stakeholder communication, and governance.
- Support rollout planning across multiple medical centres in Southern California.
- Drive accountability across internal and external partners.
- Ensure successful implementation of barcode scanners and related medical equipment.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years of relevant programme/project management experience.
- Healthcare environment experience required.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience working with medical devices, clinical technology, or large site-based rollouts.
- Ability to work onsite and travel as needed.
- Master’s degree.
- PMP or similar certification.
- Experience with HTM, nursing, or clinical operations partners.
- Experience managing manufacturer-led implementations.
- Experience in multi-site healthcare programmes.
