Minimum qualifications:

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute large-scale internal product testing programs. Coordinate numerous, rapidly changing elements to ensure successful product delivery. Advocate user needs by advocating for their concerns and driving resolution of critical issues. Serve as the central point of contact for all product testing inquiries, quality assessments, and progress updates. Employ exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage risks, assess product quality, and collaborate with program managers to launch successful products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$274,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple cross-functional hardware and software XR dogfood programs from inception to completion, tracking milestones, deliverables, and critical product risks.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage user groups based on demographics and device coverage, while coordinating global distribution points for seamless execution.
  • Analyze and report on program performance, user engagement, and feedback triage to management, while collaborating with Program Manager (PM) and Technical Program Manager (TPGM) teams to evaluate timelines and project needs.
  • Support the dogfood community by assessing, triaging, and advocating for user feedback to advocate the user experience.
  • Partner closely with XR Engineering and Hardware teams to leverage program insights and identify key opportunities for product improvements.
