Overview
The Senior IT Program Manager is a hands-on, cross-functional individual contributor responsible for driving execution of key initiatives across the IT organization. This role supports LegalZoom's current IT Strategy focused on Strategic Integration-standardizing tools, consolidating platforms, enabling AI, and improving operational efficiency.
You will
Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional IT programs
Drive execution across Enterprise Systems, Infrastructure, Security, Workplace, and IT Operations
Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, plans, and measurable outcomes
Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination in a matrixed environment
Influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority
Establish program governance and deliver clear executive reporting
Key focus areas:
Platform consolidation and system integration
Tool standardization (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira/Confluence)
ITSM and SaaS governance (Freshservice, automation, cost management)
Cloud, security, and DevOps alignment (AWS, identity, CI/CD)
AI enablement and automation across IT and business workflows
You have
5+ years of IT program/project management experience
Proven delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs
Experience across multiple IT domains (systems, infrastructure, security, tools)
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority
Experience with Agile/hybrid delivery and tools (e.g., Jira, reporting dashboards)
Analytical, data-driven problem solver comfortable in fast-paced environments
Preferred: Experience with Salesforce, Oracle ERP and HCM, AWS, Workato, ITSM tools, and AI initiatives
The salary range for this role is $105,300-$168,500. Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package. You will also receive a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits as seen below.
