Senior Program Manager

Kforce has a client seeking an Senior Program Manager in Jacksonville, FL.

Duties:

• Lead oversight and coordination of multiple large-scale enterprise programs and strategic initiatives
• Manage cross-program dependencies, timelines, and integration efforts to ensure cohesive delivery across the organization
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Program Managers and project teams to maintain execution quality and delivery consistency
• Align program objectives and priorities with broader business goals and organizational strategy
• Monitor overall program health, including risks, performance metrics, timelines, milestones, and delivery outcomes
• Identify and resolve escalated risks, issues, and resource conflicts impacting enterprise initiatives
• Facilitate executive-level governance meetings, status reviews, and decision-making discussions
• Ensure consistent application of project and program management standards, methodologies, and governance processes
• Partner with senior business leaders and stakeholders to address cross-functional challenges and maintain delivery momentum
• Drive prioritization and sequencing of initiatives to maximize operational efficiency and business value
• Oversee consolidated program planning, reporting, and communication efforts across multiple workstreams
• Support organizational readiness, change management, and transition planning activities to ensure successful adoption of program outcomes
• Ensure program deliverables remain aligned to approved scope, objectives, and expected business results
• Promote continuous improvement in program execution, governance, and operational effectiveness
