Job Summary: This role is a critical leadership position within the M&A Finance team, responsible for guiding finance activities throughout the entire acquisition and divestiture lifecycle. You will partner with various internal departments to assess potential transactions, support strategic decision-making, and ensure smooth financial integration post-closing. This impactful position requires strong financial acumen and the ability to lead complex cross-functional efforts in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Guide finance workstreams from initial diligence through post-close integration.
- Collaborate with finance and cross-functional partners to assess transaction risks and opportunities.
- Lead financial diligence, analyzing performance, metrics, and key transaction assumptions.
- Synthesize findings into clear recommendations and decision-ready materials for leadership.
- Develop and execute comprehensive finance integration plans.
Must-Have Skills:- M&A Finance and transaction expertise
- Finance diligence and integration lead execution
- Superior stakeholder management, judgment, problem solving, and agility
Industry Experience:- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is preferred.
