Senior Integration Program Manager / Integration Lead

LABUR is partnering with a client to identify a Senior Integration Program Manager / Integration Lead to serve as the central IMO lead across a complex integration portfolio. This contract-to-hire engagement calls for a seasoned program management professional with deep M&A and spin-off experience who can orchestrate cross-functional workstreams, drive momentum and decisions, and lead with authority to ensure integration efforts deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end integration roadmap, ensuring all workstreams remain aligned, coordinated, and on track
• Lead cross-functional integration planning, dependency management, and readiness activities across the full portfolio
• Facilitate interdependency meetings and maintain cross-functional RAID logs to proactively surface and resolve risks, issues, and blockers
• Oversee cutover management and transition execution to ensure seamless operational handoffs
• Lead steering committees and manage TSA exits, driving timely decisions and stakeholder alignment
• Interface with, influence, and align business IMO leadership and senior stakeholders across all workstreams
• Manage and coordinate a small PMO team to support day-to-day integration delivery

Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level program management experience with a clear track record beyond project-level execution
• Proven M&A and/or spin-off integration experience, including IMO or PMO leadership in complex, multi-workstream environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead steering committees and manage executive-level stakeholder relationships
• Hands-on experience managing TSA exits, cross-workstream dependencies, and cutover planning
• Strong executive presence with the ability to drive momentum, orchestrate decisions, and lead cross-functional teams with authority

Compensation

$85-$95/hr - Dependent on fit and experience
