Role:
Organizational Change Management (OCM) & Training LeadLocation:
Washington, DC (Remote)Type: Contract
OCM Training & Deployment Support- Travel to field locations to support training sessions
- Facilitate training classes onsite and virtual
- Assist with ensuring user readiness (training materials, access, environment setup)
Mobile Device Support- Analyze mobile device management settings and process
- Provide suggestions for improvement and enablement of bringing current operations to scale
Experience supporting system rollouts or go-lives (especially multi-site)
Experience working with field operations teams (e.g., mechanical, transportation, industrial environments)
Experience agile and reporting tools using Figma, Confluence, Jira, Tableau
Certifications:
SAFe, Prosci, Kotter
Preferred:
Training experience with UKG Time & Attendance Sytem and/or Maximo(Asset Management System)
