Job Duties
- Drive Operational Excellence across the Company's global network including establishing unified deployment processes, strengthening operational consistency and development of problem-solving skills within branches.
- Collaborate with Managing Directors, Directors and General Managers to develop tool sets to elevate customer and employee experience through decisions on resource allocation and project prioritization.
- Support the team's ability to develop a standardized certification of Subject Matter Experts (SME) in the application of Lean tools.
- Establish, audit, and enforce Operational Excellence standards globally. Assess needs of assigned areas based on Operational Performance Metrics, improvement implementation, and sustainment behaviors.
- Work with the Operational Excellence team and US regions to support local leadership implementation of counter measures where gaps are identified.
- Use visual controls to communicate gaps between expected versus actual at the local, regional, and national level to hold employees accountable for adoption, performance, and sustainment.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8-15 years related experience
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Operations, Engineering)
- Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
- Extensive travel (over 20%)
- Extensive overnight stays (over 20%)
- Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business < 20% per week (8 hours) and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail or service management within a multi-branch or global organization.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent continuous improvement certification.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, data dashboards, and operational reporting tools. Demonstrated leadership in multi-cultural and matrixed environments.
- Strong communication, decision-making, facilitation, and change-management skills.
