Senior Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to plan, develop, implement, and manage multiple and/or large, complex programs at the enterprise level. This role provides strategic direction and oversight across program teams, ensuring successful delivery of key milestones, business outcomes, budgets, risks, resources, and vendor commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple and/or large, complex enterprise-level programs from strategy and planning through execution and evaluation.
• Develop program strategy, business cases, roadmaps, high-level plans, milestones, and major deliverables aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate interdependencies, track progress, resolve issues and conflicts, and ensure deadlines and program objectives are achieved.
• Identify target audiences and business needs to guide program strategy and desired outcomes.
• Direct and optimize the use of staff, contractors, consultants, and other program resources.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics, including process, outcome, and financial measures, and present program results to key stakeholders.
• Lead program risk management, proactively identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks that could impact successful delivery.
• Develop and manage program budgets, expenditures, and funding plans.
• Ensure programs comply with applicable regulatory, accreditation, and organizational governance requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, negotiations, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Evaluate program performance and make strategic adjustments to improve outcomes and ensure achievement of program goals.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree, where required.
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs at the enterprise level.
• Strong experience with program strategy, financial management, risk management, governance, resource management, and executive-level communication.
