Senior Program Manager

Pay Rate: $90-$115 per hour

Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Lead a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives focusing on aligning operational structures, enterprise systems, and data governance.
• Manage projects addressing boundary-related conflicts across systems like GIS and Asset Knowledge Management.
• Drive end-to-end program execution, including intake, prioritization, planning, and delivery of solutions.
• Serve as the central point of coordination across multiple interdependent workstreams.
• Partner with operations, engineering, IT, and data management teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Manage program roadmaps, oversee financials and forecasting, and ensure governance and compliance adherence.
• Provide transparent reporting to leadership and act as an escalation point for complex data and system-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of Program Management.
• Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to various levels of management.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with demanding time constraints.
• Knowledge and understanding of business drivers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage or direct teams.
• Ability to work within a regulatory environment.
• Ability to assess and recommend solutions for assigned projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of energy industry applications to local level customers, including energy issues and customer energy efficiency applications.
• Experience in an office environment with extensive use of personal computers, telephone conversations, conference calls, and in-person meetings.
