PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $128,900.00-$157,500.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $99,900.00 - $186,400.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. as a business. In this role,

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead Complex Programs:You'llown and drive large-scale, cross-functional programs-ensuring alignment, momentum, and successful delivery across business and technology teams.
• Drive Transformation Initiatives:You'llplay a key role in advancing technology platform enhancements and enterprise-wide change efforts that modernize how weoperate.
• Engage Executive Stakeholders:You'llconfidently communicate program updates, risks, and progress to senior leadership, tailoring your message to resonate at the executive level.
• Shape Strategic Direction:You'llcontribute to and influence the strategic direction of the business unit, helping prioritize initiatives that deliver the greatest impact.
• OptimizeProcesses & Performance:You'llestablishmetrics,monitorperformance, and continuously improve processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate Across the Organization:You'llpartner with internal teams and external vendors to design and implement solutions that enhance both employee and member experiences.
• Champion Change Management:You'llhelp teams navigate change, ensuring adoption and long-term success of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Ensure Compliance & Governance:You'llmaintainadherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational standards.
• Manage Vendor Relationships:You'lloversee vendor performance and contracts, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. in business or equivalent work or education related experience.
• Minimum 7 years offunctional experience managing project teams required, with a demonstrated ability to drive outcomes and keep initiatives on trackand the abilityto travel moderately, including occasional trips to out-of-area or statewide locations
• Excellent project management, effectiveleadershipand negotiation skills.
• Appropriate licensing, as necessary, to be obtained in first year of tenurerequired.
