Purpose and Impact
The Senior Program Manager for Strategic Growth will be responsible for ensuring our key work-winning differentiators and focused thematic accelerators are defined, refined, and effectively communicated to our most critical influencers and decision-makers. This is at its heart a business development and growth-focused role and forms a key part of our market-leading growth aspirations for the marketplace, creating a highly collaborative bridge between our Growth & Sales leadership team, where we create an understanding of our clients biggest challenges, and our Marketing & Communications team, where we develop creative assets and execute campaigns. The successful candidate will be an enabler for accelerated and targeted growth.
Work Schedule
Shift hours and days of week: M-F, 8 hours per day. Potential for extended hours as the mission dictates.
Essential Responsibilities
- Working with Growth & Sales and Marketing & Communications teams, develop a full 360-degree view of how marketing accelerates our key growth priorities.
- Deliver impactful, engaging, and creative marketing campaigns that are designed to both tell our story and differentiate our position within our top priority target audiences.
- Active client engagement via our Market Directors, Client Account Managers, and Solutions & Technology community to understand the issues that matter most within our chosen markets.
- Execution of focused campaigns that have network building, work-winning, and strategic-aligned growth at the very center of their key performance indicators.
Minimum Requirements
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 16 Years of relevant experience, at least 10 years in program management.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business.
- At least ten (10) years in developing innovative, complex technical solutions.
- At least five (5) years of specialized experience in Federal Government enterprise system management.
- Innovative and enthusiastic with strong communications skills.
- Experienced in leading and inspiring individuals and teams.
- Understanding of strategic business drivers and the correlation to the marketing strategy.
- Record of delivering pipeline growth and meeting commercial targets with knowledge of at least one of our key markets: built environment, transportation, energy, health, water, and environment.
- Ability to develop talent and a high-performance culture.
- The ability to write and present clear and concise professional communications to Amentums senior team.
- Significant product and customer experience pivoting between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively as part of the integrated team.
- Experience of working in an organization with large numbers of technical thinkers and demonstrating advanced influencing and negotiation skills.
- Experience overseeing a staff of diverse disciplines.
- Experience in complete engineering project development lifecycle.
- Experience and expertise in managing schedules, resources, and control of funds.

TSSCI with Polygraph.
Minimum Education
- BA or BS.
- BS in Technology preferred.
- MS (Such as CS, MIS, MBA, etc.) reduces years of experience to 13 years.
Minimum Years of Experience
16 Years.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business.
- Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP, CPM, CPMP).
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or other Cloud Certifications.
- Certified SCRUM Master.
- Proven experience with software and hardware integration.
- Experience with AWS Cloud services and migration.
- Experience with Agile software development.
Javelin Compensation Details
$290,000. The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and relevant laws.
