Trident Consulting is seeking a "Senior Program Manager (Workday WFM & Dayforce Payroll) " for one of our clients in " Flex - CA (Remote) " A global leader in business and technology services.

Role: Senior Program Manager (Workday WFM & Dayforce Payroll)
Locations: Flex - CA (Remote)
Type: Contract
Rate: $95-98/Hr

Qualifications
Experience
  • 8+ years executing complex transformation programs (operations consulting, strategy, or enterprise technology).
  • 6+ years leading enterprise technology program delivery including HCM platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, etc.).
  • Proven track record of full-cycle transformations: business case implementation change management operational handoff.
  • Experience leading privacy/security programs (GDPR/CCPA, security frameworks, identity management, data governance).
  • Demonstrated experience managing technology budgets exceeding $1M annually and complex procurement processes.

  • Executive communication: Ability to manage up to C-level stakeholders; translate technical/regulatory requirements into business impact.
