Amazon's WW SMB Financing team is seeking a Senior Program Manager with exceptional cross-functional leadership, executive communication, and analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate brings deep program management expertise in financial services, a proven ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders across global organizations, and a track record of driving adoption on scale. This role demands strategic thinking, operational rigor, and the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives that accelerate decision-making. Key job responsibilities New Partner, Product & Feature Launch Management: Own end-to-end launch tracking and execution for new lending partners, products, and features across worldwide markets Scaling, Optimization & Reporting Intelligence: Improve launch velocity, streamline partner onboarding processes and product adoption. Including owing reporting infrastructure for feature adoption tracking, partner/product launch performance, and scaling metrics, delivering actionable intelligence to stakeholders. Own Key Business Mechanism: Drive critical business reviews, owning key business metrics, driving accountability, and surfacing insights to senior leadership. Market Analysis: Analyze trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to continuously optimize the seller lending program and enhance the value proposition for product and feature adoption. Cross-Functional Program Execution: Drive alignment across Product, Tech, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Data Science teams to deliver programs on time and at scale. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - 6+ years of program or project management experience - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - 5+ years of experience in financial services, lending, fintech, or payments - Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation tools to drive operational efficiency, enhance reporting, and accelerate program delivery - Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and scaling best practices - Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills - Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret program performance metrics - Proven track record of driving growth and innovation in complex, fast-paced environments - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications - MBA, or Master's degree - Bachelor's degree, or experience with financial services, payments or e-commerce - 3+ years of solving problems with technology in the Global Financial Services Industry experience - Experience working within a global company, with multi-country responsibilities Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
