    Description

    Responsibilities Provide support to the Office of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor at the U.S. Department of StateEnsure effective execution of program requirements and advocacyAnalyze program and budget proposals and present them to interagency panelsPrepare justification or recommendation memoranda for review and approvalProvide follow‑up problem‑solving assistance and technical consultationsLiaise and consult on program administration and funding acquisitionRespond to Congressional requests regarding programs and objectivesMaintain and develop systems for efficient document retrieval regarding fundingQualifications Must be able to obtain security clearance12-15 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 8-10 years with a Master's or 5-7 years with a PhDKnowledge of managing international programming and relevant education and trainingStrong knowledge of 2 CFR 200Experience working in professional, fast‑paced environmentsAbility to manage competing priorities with minimal supervisionExperience leading teams and handling diverse work styles#J-18808-Ljbffr
