The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a high-impact Senior Program Procurement Lead who is comfortable setting direction and working in the weeds. This position will lead and scale the program's established, centralized procurement organization, owning a high-volume, multimillion-dollar purchasing portfolio that drives a significant share of monthly revenue across rapidly expanding Counter-UAS mission areas. The role pairs organizational leadership with daily, hands-on execution strengthening disciplined acquisition management, rigorous FAR/DFARS compliance, and scalable purchasing systems that keep pace with high-velocity DoD procurements and multi-theater material demands.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the program's procurement team, maturing and scaling the centralized purchasing function structures, workflows, and subcontract frameworks to meet growing demand.
  • Serve as the authoritative interface for all purchasing matters across technical managers, program support staff, and government stakeholders.
  • Scale high-volume procurement pipelines to keep pace with rapidly expanding Counter-UAS material and acquisition requirements.
  • Stay hands-on drafting, negotiating, and executing complex procurement packages alongside the team.
  • Drive absolute FAR/DFARS compliance and integrate technical requirements with defense contracting standards to eliminate purchasing friction and accelerate cycle velocity.
  • Own procurement driven revenue forecasting and lead the team in maintaining systems that accurately track material receipt, ensuring timely, reliable revenue recognition.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships and material readiness to prevent supply chain bottlenecks across multiple theaters.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, acquisition management, business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of DoD or federal procurement and acquisition experience, including leading and developing procurement teams in a high-volume, high-dollar-value environment.
  • Advanced, hands-on command of FAR/DFARS and defense contracting standards.
  • Proven track record drafting, negotiating, and executing complex procurement packages and subcontracts under tight timelines.
  • Experience building or standing up procurement functions, workflows, or purchasing operations.
  • Experience with revenue forecasting and material receipt tracking, particularly where procurement drives revenue recognition.
  • Confident interfacing directly with senior government leadership, technical staff, and program leadership.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Desired:

  • Experience supporting Counter-UAS or other rapidly scaling DoD mission areas.
  • Experience scaling, maturing, or optimizing a centralized procurement function.
  • Familiarity with multi-theater material requirements and supply chain management.
  • Advanced degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., DAWIA, CPCM, CFCM, NCMA).
