Title: Senior Programmer Analyst
Location: Millsboro, DE (Onsite)

Compensation:
Pay Range: $80,000-$105,000 Per Year
Job Summary:
• This full-time position is based in Millsboro, DE, requiring onsite presence.
• The role involves designing and implementing complex projects, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with various departments.
• Candidates should have extensive experience in programming and analysis, with proficiency in database management and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement complex technical solutions as a subject matter expert in multiple areas.
• Collaborate with users to facilitate communication between technical and functional areas.
• Integrate new information while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing business functions.
• Create and evaluate requirements and specifications, recommending alternative solutions.
• Protect company assets, including hardware and software.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
• 5-8 years of experience as a programmer/analyst preferred.
• Understanding of full life-cycle development and database management.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in generic programming languages and development tools.
