Job Title: Senior Programmer – SaaS Procurement & Integration

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Programmer to support the design, development, integration, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise procurement and business applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P) SaaS platforms, enterprise integrations, API development, and technical leadership in large-scale application environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of complex enterprise applications and integrations.

  • Configure and develop SaaS procurement platforms, including sourcing, contract management, supplier portals, procurement, and invoicing modules.

  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.

  • Design and implement workflows, approval processes, business rules, and document management processes.

  • Develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs, web services, webhooks, SFTP integrations, and event-driven integrations.

  • Integrate procurement platforms with ERP systems, financial applications, document management systems, identity management solutions, and reporting platforms.

  • Support data transformation, mapping, synchronization, and master data management across integrated systems.

  • Design and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable integration architectures using API Gateway, ESB, and iPaaS technologies.

  • Establish standards for logging, monitoring, error handling, retry mechanisms, and operational support.

  • Review technical designs, code, integration mappings, and data models to ensure quality and consistency.

  • Lead sprint planning, code reviews, defect triage, release management, and production deployment activities.

  • Support unit, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing activities.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, configuration guides, and support documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with security, audit, data protection, and segregation-of-duties requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of education.

  • Minimum 8 years of application development experience.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in software design, development, and programming.

  • Minimum 4 years of technical leadership or lead developer experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SaaS procurement platforms such as Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba, or similar solutions.

  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and enterprise integrations.

  • Experience integrating procurement applications with ERP, finance, vendor management, and document management systems.

  • Strong SQL and database development experience.

  • Experience with data transformation, synchronization, and integration technologies.

  • Experience with Documentum or similar enterprise content/document management platforms.

  • Strong understanding of application security, access controls, encryption, auditing, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.

  • Experience with API Gateway, ESB, and iPaaS solutions.

  • Cloud and integration platform certifications.

  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise procurement transformation initiatives.
