Senior Progress Engineer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Expert-level experience in Progress OpenEdge (11.x and 12.x) development.
• Minimum 5+ years of Progress programming experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and business operations.
• Experience working with manufacturing ERP systems.
• Ability to develop, customize, and support ERP applications.

Preferred Skills

• Functional knowledge of QAD ERP. but good functional knowledge of any ERP is helpful
• Experience acting as a functional BA, gathering requirements and then developing the code
• Experience with QAD 7.x source code or any QAD source code

Nice to Have

• Experience in manufacturing-focused ERP implementations and support projects.

Ideal Candidate: A seasoned Progress developer with manufacturing domain expertise and ERP experience, preferably with exposure to QAD environments.

Salary Range: $120,000- $130,000 a year
