Senior Project Accountant

Our client is rapidly growing and top ranked Design and Build Construction that construct state of the art warehouse, logistics, and distribution spaces. They are seeking to add Senior Project Accountant to their team. Position is open due to massive growth in the last 5 years.

A full service design and build firm specializing in Cold Storage / Warehouses / Industrial Complexes / Distribution Centers, very high volume. Their clients are Amazon, Home Depot, DHL, Walmart, Georgia Pacific etc.…

They have grown from $200M in 2016 to over $1B in revenue in 2025. Director of Finance that oversees the Project Accountants is looking to add another member to their team.

Senior Project Accountant

Responsibilities of the Senior Project Accountant:
Will handle 8-10 projects at a given time

Entering Billing into 3rd party electronic billing system

Setting up schedules for Billing and Construction draws

Initiating any changes

Working with Project Managers through completion and close out

Experience needed for the Senior Project Accountant:

5 years’ experience in project accounting

BS in Accounting or AA with Accounting experience

Experience with Construction Accounting preferably with a large General Contractor

*estimated annual compensation between $80,000 and $100,000 depending on experience.
