Salary: $60,988.00 - $97,581.00 per year

Day Shift: 7 AM-5 PM | Monday-Friday

We're looking for a Senior Project Accountant in Osceola who knows accounting beyond the basics and takes ownership of the numbers. Solid work. Real responsibility.

Senior Project Accountant Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 4+ years of accounting experience with GAAP knowledge.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with fixed assets and financial reporting preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to meet month-end deadlines; overtime as needed.

Senior Project Accountant Job Duties:

• Manage the general ledger and month-end close process.
• Prepare journal entries, financial reports, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain fixed asset records and track capital projects.
• Complete bank reconciliations and sales/use tax reporting.
• Support internal and external audits with financial documentation.
• Verify inventory and ensure GAAP compliance.
