Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Analyst to support senior leadership within the National Guard Bureau (NGB). This role is critical in managing high-visibility taskings, improving workflows, and ensuring timely execution of executive-level actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track executive taskings using task management systems (ETS)
• Coordinate with senior leaders and staff across multiple directorates
• Analyze and improve business processes and workflows
• Prepare briefings, reports, and executive correspondence
• Support governance meetings and follow-up actions
• Ensure quality control and accuracy of deliverables

Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior leadership (DoD or federal preferred)
• Strong analytical, writing, and briefing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with task tracking systems (ETS or similar preferred)
• Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
