Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Architect & Construction Manager position include:
Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Medical insurance with Aetna (company pays 50%), dental (company pays 100%), vision (company pays 100%), supplemental insurance availability, two weeks PTO (negotiable), paid holidays including the week between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day, and a 401(k) after one year with company match (first 3% dollar-for-dollar; 4th and 5th percent at 50% match; maximum company contribution 4%).
